  • Flexible, expert advice when you need it. Book flat-fee or subscription support across a range of topics—from planning to problem-solving. This focused consultation will help clarify your goals, map out next steps, and identify opportunities for growth.

  • Providing executive level guidance on employment agreement, benefits consultation, and exits.

  • Employee leave, on both sides (employee and employer), has been a niche practice of mine for years. There are a lot of options available, and for a flat-fee will review all policies and discuss strategies that may work best for you or your workforce.

  • Many employers have troulbe with all of the regulations concerning severance:

    Does WARN apply?
    Do we need an OWBPA disclosure?
    What does the disclosure look like?
    Does the agreement complly with EEOC guidance?

    I can help guide you through this, and on the employee side if it is not compliant what options may be available.

  • If you are a solo without employees, I can work closely with small business owner/entrepreneurs to help shape their dream into a legal entity.
